Daniel Radcliffe will be playing Allen Ginsberg in Kill Your Darlings, a look at how a murder on the Columbia University campus brought together Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac, and William S. Burroughs before the whole Beat Generation thing exploded. Rooney Mara and Casey Affleck will both appear in Ain't Them Bodies Saints, the story of a Texas outlaw who escapes prison to find his wife and the daughter he's never met. And Lake Bell will team up with her Children's Hospital cohorts Rob Corddry and Ken Marino for In a World..., an aptly titled drama about the relationship between Don "Mr. Movievoice" Lafontaine and his daughter.

Other big names include: Jessica Biel, Kristen Bell, Shailene Woodley, and Elizabeth Olsen. Check out the full lineup here.

Cate Blanchett Set to Play Cinderella's Evil StepmomWith the success of Snow White and the Huntsman this year, Disney fans should get pumped for many more future re-imaginings and adaptations of their favorite old Disney classics. Next on the horizon is a planned live action remake of Cinderella and Cate Blanchett is reportedly in negotiations to play the evil stepmother. The untitled project will be directed by Mark Romanek (Never Let Me Go) based on a script by Simon Kinberg (Sherlock Holmes). Wikipedia lists 56 different film adaptations for Cinderella, so the remake idea is hardly new, but with a supporting cast including Blanchett, this newest version sounds like one to get excited about. Who should play Cinderella? Vote below and sound off in the comments!

Four Words: Best Actor Bradley Cooper"Oscar nominee Bradley Cooper," doesn't exactly roll off the tongue does it? Nevertheless, film fans everywhere should get used to the words "Oscars" and "Bradley Cooper" in the same sentence as the Academy Awards draw closer. With a wildly funny and sharp performance as a bipolar former teacher in Silver Linings Playbook, Cooper should collect his first nomination for the film. Working against him is the fact his co-stars Jennifer Lawrence and Robert De Niro will each likely earn nominations as well. It's very rare one film is nominated in three different acting categories. Cooper is the heart of the film though, and his performance is that good. He deserves it.Best Picture1. Argo6. Les Miserables2. Lincoln7. Zero Dark Thirty3. The Master8. The Impossible4. Is it a coincidence that this news comes exactly a decade after he was named People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive? Most certainly, yes. But it's great to see the man who many once viewed as that "less talented dude who only won an Oscar because he's friends with Matt Damon" remain relevant at age 40.

Since making his directorial debut with 2007's Gone Baby Gone, the renaissance man has firmly reestablished himself as one of Hollywood's leading stars. Affleck's latest film Argo has a 95 percent fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes, has brought in over $130 million in box office revenue, and looks poised to receive plenty of attention at next year's Academy Awards. Which is to say, the guy deserves the recognition.

Hobbit Mania BeginsThousands of Kiwis (New Zealanders, not the fuzzy fruit) watched with glee as the cast and crew of The Hobbit arrived for the film's hometown premiere Wednesday. Fans of all ages cheered as director Peter Jackson emerged from a model Hobbit house looking more than a little schlubby.

Nearly a decade in the making, The Hobbit was filmed exclusively in New Zealand over 266 days. Controversially shot in 48 frames per second as opposed to the traditional 24 in an attempt to improve picture quality, the highly anticipated movie hits theaters domestically on December 14.

Though the vast majority of the crowd was ecstatic, not everyone in attendance was feeling Hobbit mania. A handful of animal rights activists, led by PETA, came out to protest the reported on-set deaths of three horses and two dozen other animals. While acknowledging the deaths, Jackson maintained at a news conference that his production company did no wrong. "No mistreatment, no abuse. Absolutely none," he said.

Here are a few more stars from the premiere:

Cate Blanchett

Evangeline LillyElijah Wood
Holy Rejected Rumor Batman!Despite an active rumor mill that said otherwise, Joseph Gordon-Levitt will NOT be playing the Dark Knight in Justice League. While the actor hasn't come out and commented on the subject, his rep spoke with Hollywood.com and flat out denied the hearsay. Of course, seeing as Warner Bros. has yet to announce a cast, it seems speculation will continue to fly as to whether JGL will land the part. Sure, he's not the most badass actor in Hollywood. But a lack of machismo didn't prevent Michael Keaton from becoming one of the best Batman's of all time.

Pitt/Fincher May Team Up a Fourth TimeHollywood buddies Brad Pitt and David Fincher have made three movies together already and number four could be in the works. Talking to MTV, Pitt noted he would embrace working with "his man," Fincher, again on the director's planned 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea remake.

"I'd love to I mean, he's my man. He's got a great take on it. That's just gonna be about schedule and time allocation, but he's my man."
