Daniel Radcliffe for Frankenstein
Former Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has apparently signed to play Igor in a new version of Frankenstein.
Radcliffe's initial involvement in the classic gothic horror tale dates back to September 2012 when his name was first attached.
Chronicle writer Max Landis will handle the script while Lucky Number Slevin and Gangster No 1 director Paul McGuigan will call the shots.
Radcliffe's transformation into the iconic lab assistant could be very dramatic. The Hollywood Reporter describes Igor as "pathologically dirty, with long hair, and wearing old clown clothes."
Like his Harry Potter co-star Emma Watson - who is now attached to an updated version of Cinderella - Radcliffe has kept busy since leaving Hogwarts.
He starred in Kill Your Darlings as Beat poet Allen Ginsberg, will appear in the horror thriller Horns and is also set to star in romantic comedy The F Word.
