Daniel Radcliffe, in a bid to shake off his Harry Potter spectacles, has lined up a juicy new chapter in his film career; it's time for the romantic comedy.

Daniel Radcliffe, who recently chilled us to our bones in horror film 'The Woman In Black', is joining Zoe Kazan for indie rom-com 'The F Word', which is all about finding yourself stuck in that oh-so-painful Friend Zone.

The story, based on the play 'Toothpaste And Cigars', follows Wallace (Radcliffe) and Chantry (Kazan), a pair of twentysomethings who meet at a party and REALLY hit it off. We're talking flirtatious banter, accidental arm brushes... the works.

BUT, sadly for Wallace, Chantry has a long-term boyfriend - so the pair decide to remain "just friends".

We've all been there Daniel!

The film will hopefully begin production in August, with the majority of shooting taking place in Toronto. And we couldn't be more excited to see Daniel Radcliffe show off his cute and goofy side.

Daniel Radcliffe has also lined up a controversial movie role in 'Horns', a horror thriller in which he will play an accused rapist and murderer with the power to force confessions from people.

We know which one we're looking forward to more! Which of the Harry Potter star's new movies can you not wait to see?
