Daniel Radcliffe: 'I Want To Be The Next Gary Oldman'

Daniel Radcliffe has revealed that he hopes to become as successful as his 'Harry Potter' co-star Gary Oldman.

The 'Woman in Black' star is a big fan of Oldman's, and admitted that he admired his choice of film projects, further saying that he hopes to one day be able to choose his own parts as wisely.

He told Empire: "When I look at Gary Oldman's career, that's what I look at and go, 'Oh my God! That's amazing!'

"The versatility and range shown there... And, you know, I believe I'm capable of that. I just want to keep working with interesting people and hopefully build up as diverse and varied a body of work as I can."

Of his own acting abilities, the 22-year-old said: "I'm very motivated by the doubt of others. Whenever I hear people talk about the 'Potter' kids as if we're not going to be able to make it out of the series... That really lights a fire under me.

"Sometimes I really feel like I'm getting the hang of it, because I never really had a process. I'm working on that."

Radcliffe recently admitted that he constantly doubts his own talents.

'The Woman in Black is released on February 10, 2012.
