Daniel Radcliffe is happy to step away from entertaining kids and frighten adults!

The Harry Potter star says he is looking forward to playing in the hugely-successful The Woman In Black.

The film, based on the book of the same name by Susan Hill, has become the highest-grossing horror film ever.

It earned more than 20.6 million and upwards of 75 million worldwide.

A source close to Daniel said: He is an actor and does not want to be typecast.

He is happy to get as far away as possible from a role as Harry, even though he is is delighted and happy with the way Harry took him.

Simon Oakes, President and CEO of Hammer Films, spoke of his joy at having Susan on board for thir project.

He said: "We are proud and honoured to be working with Susan again on The Woman In Black: Angels Of Death, a wonderful new tale every bit as atmospheric and terrifying as its predecessor The Woman In Black."
