Daniel Radcliffe, 22, was spotted at the Bloomberg & Vanity Fair cocktail reception following the 2012 White House Correspondents Association Dinner on April 28 in Washington, D.C., with what could quite possibly be the worst hair in Hollywood.

The normally well-groomed star either missed one too many haircut appointments, or hes planning on growing his own sweater! What couldve inspired this dramatic turn? Lets hope its a movie role and that the next time we see the young star, he isnt wearing a braid-able vest!
